DAVID CASTRO
Director
David has expertise across a wide portfolio of projects types and takes an active role in project delivery.
Key project objectives for David are a triple bottom line outcome; design quality to meet client brief, budget and program.
David is Project Director across commercial, institutional and education projects including JB Hi-Fi Group, MYOB and St Columba’s College.
And most recently, Monto Projects first government project for VicHealth.
Current projects for David are; Saputo, Cancer Council Victoria, Adairs Head Office, Imbue Cellar Door and Charter Hall Millers Junction.
ALBERT HSIEH
Director
Albert combines his skills in Architecture, Development and Project management, delivering boutique to large scale projects.
A proactive leader, Albert works well alongside a diverse range of clients and relishes the challenge of balancing time and cost with great development outcomes.
Albert is Project Director across development projects - Vitae, Frame, CUB and LaTrobe St as well as other projects such as Damiao.
A major project being delivered by Albert is the Giant Steps winery in Healesville, an amazing development overlooking the Yarra valley.
JACKIE TSANG
Associate
Jackie understands developments, in previous roles, has been the AZX (developer) client representative, ironically for the CUB project; now as the Monto Projects Development and Project manager on the same site.
With a background in architecture, Jackie utilizes her skills to coordinate all the various disciplines required to deliver projects.
Jackie is experienced dealing with a wide range of stakeholders from the OVGA (Office of Victorian Government architect), high-end builders to board presentations.
Jackie completed CyberCX head office and the townhouse development in Malvern and is currently delivering Cancer Council Victoria alongside Catholic Ladies College
Sandra Castro
Project Manager
Sandra has a wealth of experience in local and state government projects in community housing projects and in the renewable energy sector.
She has extensive experience in stakeholder management and is able to identify and mitigate risks to bring about successful delivery of projects. With a 360 degree view of project management, and attention to detail, Sandra brings valuable skills to the Monto Team.
Sandra is currently delivering a building repositioning project in the former Holden head office, Adairs new head office, and a boutique cellar door distillery.
WAYNE DUFFY
Consultant Project Manager
Wayne has a 30 year construction background, up until recently was Victorian State Manager of a national construction company with $1B portfolio of projects.
Able to look at projects from a builders perspective, from documentation review to buildability and services; our clients love that this level of expertise helps identify issues before they arise on site.
Wayne most recently completed projects are Icon head office at Industry Lanes, MYOB; Sydney office in Kent St, and an expansion space at the Cremorne software development campus.
Wayne is now busy delivering a shopping precinct development for Charter Hall at Millers Junction in Altona North.
