United Energy and MultiNet Gas (UEMG) engaged David and his team to deliver multiple projects (6no) over a 3 year period.  The projects included a critical Network Control Centre with major technology integration and security protocols, based in Glen Waverly which controlled the gas and electricity network for over 800,000 businesses and homes.

UEMG needed all their projects delivered on time and budget due to serious financial penalties as well as shareholder requirements.

The NCC had to be constructed to withstand security threats and power shutdowns.  The focus on this project was intense with major financial penalties if delayed.  Again, David achieved above and beyond.
