ST COLUMBA'S COLLEGE - STAGE 1 OF MASTERPLAN

Building extension, new commercial training kitchen, 3 new general learning areas, rooftop garden and ground works, Town planning stage.

10-month construction program commencing Q3 2019.

St Columba’s College commenced implementation of Stage 1 of their 5-year masterplan endorsed by the school board in 2017.

Stage 1 comprises of an extension to the Slater building housing a VET kitchen, 3 new General Learning Areas and rooftop garden. In addition, the ground works include a new courtyard, sports court and carpark.

St Columba’s College engaged Monto Projects to lead the project and we introduced a procurement model embraced by the school for the collaborative approach it engenders.  Buildability and value engineering have been worked through with all parties achieving over 10% value and maintaining key project requirements.
