Redhat, an international software company was consolidating their presence in Australia following completed projects in Sydney and Canberra.

David and his team were engaged for the Melbourne project, located at 120 Collin St.  The stakeholders for the project were based in the US, UK, Japan, Singapore, India and the local team in Australia.

All the standards and protocols from the various stakeholders needed to be incorporated into the design, with key approvals needed from Singapore and the US before the project could progress in the stages.

David and his team implemented the online platform for team collaboration and communication, which advanced the project expediently.
