Mitsubishi Australia Ltd is a repeat client of David over a number of years.

The philosophy for Mitsubishi Australia Ltd is to maintain the traditions from Japan, but embrace each locations defining elements and materiality.

120 Collin St project used blue stone extensively clearly identifying with a ‘Melbourne’ feeling, whereas Grosvenor Place project celebrated the views over Sydney harbour encompassing both the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House.

The projects were delivered by different builders, but quality, time and budget were achieved. The Melbourne project was delivered in a ‘live’ occupied environment, with OHS a key factor as well as business continuity. The Sydney project respected the iconic Harry Seidler designed Grosvenor Place.
