Head Office Project, 700sqm - Practical Completion 2017

ICD Property is a leading Melbourne Property developer located in Collins St, responsible for developments like EQ Tower. The head office did not convey the quality and message of a top flight developer.

The client team needed a trusted partner to deliver as they themselves admitted “Being a property developer, we thought we could cleverly design and project manage our own office refit, seriously, we’re in the game – how hard could it be?  We had to learn the hard way – three months in and senior management could not agree.  That’s when the call went out for help”

First impressions was a key requirement for the entry experience from the lifts with a ‘gallery’ introduced to showcase ICD Property projects; the reception and work environment continued this experience, with significant views maintained over Melbourne as well as to ICD Property’s actual real life projects.

We cleverly integrated the Base Building services to the project optimising the layout to allow for natural efficiencies around HVAC, power and fire services.

The project was delivered according to the Monto mantra of ‘on time and budget’ and we are continuing the relationship with advice on ongoing improvement on the office to ICD Property.
