CUB — LOT S1 S2, CARLTON
The AZX Group CUB site is one the last remaining significant vacant sites to the North of Melbourne CBD at the corner of Queensberry Street and Bouverie Street. With a site area of 6,500m², it represents a major development bridging Melbourne CBD and Carlton.
The proposal is to develop 2 residential towers on a commercial and retail podium - a total GFA of 90,000m².
AZX Group engaged Monto Projects as Development and Project Manager. We are providing project and development strategic advice satisfying town planning policy, residential market forecast and the project finance model.
Our team also providing technical advice on construction methodology and staging, coordinating schematic design and planning permit application. We are managing existing site conditions to satisfy requirements for contamination remediation and heritage/ archaeological preservation and excavation.
The project is currently in town planning application stage. Monto Projects has engaged a heavy hitting project design team and is currently presenting to the OVGA (Office of Victorian Goverment Architect).
