The site is at the gateway to Melbourne Docklands from the CBD, located adjacent to Marvel Stadium with a site area of 4,400m².

The project is currently in town planning application stage. The proposal is to develop 640 residential and serviced apartment units in 4 towers, on a commercial and retail podium with a total GFA of 63,000m².

Monto Projects is engaged from town planning and schematic design stage to establish a development brief with flexibility for future market adaptation.
